Erogenous zones are parts of the body that when stimulated elicit sexual arousal. The body parts are sources of sexual arousal that create very individual experiences. The genitals are the most obvious. The largest sensory organ is the skin, especially the inner thigh area, the neck, breasts, nipples, and perineum.

Learn about your sexual self

Sometimes we are lying in bed and get that curiosity of what it might feel like if someone were giving us oral sex. I encourage women while under their sheets to wet their fingers and begin sliding their fingers around their labia (the inner and outer part of their vagina). Pay attention to what feels good and what does not feel good. Next time you are with your partner share your experience and you will see how excited your partner is to give you the pleasure you want.

Body Image IMPACTS Sexual Satiafaction

Body image, sexual attractiveness, weight & physical conditions determine sexuality exploration and sexual satisfaction. If women have a poor body image, they will focus on the flaws of their body during sex instead of enjoying the pleasure of giving and receiving sex with their partner. Please understand that men are not taking notice of the flaws you think you have. Men are focused on pleasing you. Men are happy to just be having sex with you.
